Card #5 was inspired by the computer game World of Warcraft, which unfortunately, I played in excess of most other activities at the time. If I even mention the game to my wife she burns holes through my skull. I figure it was a very good idea to finally stop playing and improve my marriage slightly.
But, how about this drawing! Easily one of my favorites. I love the variation in the colors, the simple background that goes from grass to trees to mountains to night sky with partly cloudy moon. The green of the goblin skin contrast well with the tan/brown of the clothes and gear. He's leading into the frame of the picture, but not excessively so. If it has a fault its the misplacement of the teeth (which you will forever notice now that I mention it), but I overlook that.
Some friends and family asked me if I wanted to start playing again and when I brought it up, /i was assured, such was not a good idea for my family life. When I left the game I gave my account to a friend and told him to change the password right away so I could not log back in. A few times I got the itch and tried to log in, but couldn't (whew), since then gaming has been a scarcity.
